The indoor club has excellent facilities for disabled bowlers.
We have a number of specially designed wheel chairs, also bowls and shoes are available. There is a disabled toilet and special parking spaces adjacent to the club. The entrance from the car park is on level ground, thus providing easy access to the building.
On Friday afternoons from 4-5pm there is a session set aside solely for people with disabilities. We welcome folks of all ages with varying types of impairment. There is a bowls coach and several helpers to assist and encourage.
There is no charge for this and several people who started with us in the Friday session have made great strides and now moved on to become full members of the club.For further details contact the Office at the club. 01249 445966.
